Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:-

1 1/2 Kg of chicken ( cut into 8 pieces)
1/4 tablespoon of orange food colouring
4 tablespoon of melted butter
6 tablespoon of beaten curds
2 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon of garam masala powder

Grind:- 4 red chillies, 6 garlic flakes, 1/2 ginger

Method:-

Mix curdc, colouring, salt, sausr & ground masala together, marinade chicken in this for 5-6 hours. Grill over charcoal, pouring a little butter ata time, till chicken is tender.

To Serve:-

Sprinkle garam masala on top before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and onion rings
